With an allocated budget of €2.8 million, the initiative is projected as a catalyst for the implementation of business projects aimed at innovation, professionalisation and strategic development. The expectation is that this budget will mobilise more than €3.5 million, fostering a more dynamic and competitive business environment.

 Designed to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized Galician companies, since 2016 ReAcciona has become a fundamental pillar for local economic development, providing companies with access to high added-value services and expert support in various areas. It is a joint programme of the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion, the Galician Agency for Technological Modernisation and the Galician Innovation Agency, which provides Galician SMEs with a series of services aimed at improving business competitiveness and enabling them to face the new challenges of the market, providing them with added value to accelerate their improvement processes and incorporate new knowledge into their structures.

In this new edition, up to 80% of the costs associated with the services provided will be covered, thus confirming the Xunta's firm commitment to strengthening SMEs. Interested companies may submit their applications for aid from 1 April to 15 November.

In previous calls for proposals, the services offered by the programme were mainly developed around four areas of competitiveness: strategy, professionalisation, digitalisation and innovation. This year, ReAcciona introduces significant new features, expanding its areas of action to include support for innovative start-ups, analysis of regulatory compliance and legal risks, known as compliance, and talent recruitment and management. In addition, emphasis is placed on the importance of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, promoting improvements in the environmental, social and governance areas.

The collaboration between the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion and the Galician Innovation Agency is a highlight of the programme, which provides SMEs with up to 13 different services to address challenges in today's market. These services are designed to be practical and results-oriented, ensuring that companies not only receive advice but also implement tangible changes in their operations.

To be eligible for the programme, companies must meet certain requirements, such as having a minimum of three employees, thus ensuring that the support provided is channelled to those organisations that have the capacity to implement significant improvements and contribute to Galicia's economic development.
