RETAIL TRADE E-COMMERCE
This catalogue details the administrative procedures necessary to start a retail trade economic activity, consisting of the acquisition of products or goods and their sale to the final consumer.
Likewise, in order to respond to the emergence of new purchasing habits and the digitalisation of the trade sector, reference is made to distance sales, particularly e-commerce, given that many current businesses reach their customers through physical and digital channels.
This activity is liberalised, thus no prior notification or authorisation is required to carry out a business activity, which does not exempt from compliance with other aspects related to the regulatory and sectoral reference framework.
Particular mention should be made of food shops, which must have the justification of having received training in food hygiene related to the type of activity to be carried out and be registered in the corresponding registers.
